At Heal American Black Boys, our mission is to empower parents with the knowledge and resources they need to excel in their role. We recognize that no parent has all the answers, and there’s no shame in seeking guidance. Sometimes, parents are doing the best they can with the resources they have. Our aim is to equip you with skills and insights that may otherwise be out of reach. We understand that many individuals may emulate the parenting they received, even if it wasn’t optimal, and we’re here to break that cycle by providing support and guidance for positive growth and change. Smart parents are not smart because of what they know, but because they know they know need to more they need to know more.
Smart parents are smart because of what they know but because they know they need to know more. Smart parents are even prepared for what they don’t know is coming. The conglomerate of circumstances and previous experience that calculates into possibility and reality. Being prepared is key. Even when you don’t know what for, but even thinking about the possibilities that may happen puts you ahead of the game. New challenges are always on the horizon. Be ready and eternally vigilant. Be ready so you you don’t have to get ready.
